Return & Exchange Policy**

​Most new, unopened items purchased from Shipman's Pharmacy or shipmanspharmacy.online can be returned to Shipman's Pharmacy store within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund.

​Valid photo ID may be required for any return or exchange.

​​Items that are opened, damaged or missing a receipt, may be denied a refund or exchange.

​​Items returned with the original receipt may receive a refund or store credit in the amount of the original purchase price. If your purchase was made with a credit card or debit/cash card, your refund will be made to that card.

​Items returned without a receipt may be exchanged for the same item or refunded as store credit. A refund for such a return may be limited to the lowest advertised price in the 60-day period prior to the return. Returns lacking proof of purchase also may be limited or denied.

​Refunds for items purchased online using PayPal will be issued in the form of a store credit. Customers seeking a refund to their PayPal accounts must contact Customer Care at (516) 483-1767.

**Due to health and safety concerns, some health care items, home health and personal care products cannot be returned even if unopened and no refunds will be issued.

​Shipman's Pharmacy, its Staff and Employees reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request based on the policy and discretion.

​**Perishable Items

​Food, Teas, Herb Powders and other perishable items are not returnable and non-refundable unless the item is out of date on the date of arrival, or the wrong item was shipped. This policy is set in line with US food handling regulations. You may request more information regarding this policy by sending an email to info@shipmanspharmacy.online.

**Please allow 7 -10 days for your return to be processed if purchased online.

 

Shipping Policy:**

​***FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50.00***

​**The following shipping rates are based upon rates provided by USPS and the best; cost-effective shipping rates are shown to you.  The calculations are based upon weight, location, and carrier's shipment speed. Higher rates apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO's.  

​***WE DO NOT SHIP OVERSEAS INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AT THIS TIME***

Please note additional fees may be charged where you require an address redirect once an item is in the hands of a carrier ($20 per redirect). Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all shipping address details.

​Also note that for any issues with your items either damaged or not being delivered, you must notify us within 10 days of placing the order.  After that time, we will be unable to sort out any discrepancies.  

In an effort to reduce excess inventory and expired items, we do not keep orders open if out of stock. If an order is received and that item is out of stock, we will notify you and cancel the order. When the item becomes available, it will be your responsibility to replace the order at your convenience. For orders with more than one item, any in stock items will be shipped, and you will be notified that the out-of-stock items will be canceled. Your payment will be credited to your account if the item is out of stock.

Fixed shipping rates may be applied across the Continental USA based upon weight, destination and direct to retail orders only. Note that dimension weight adjustments may also apply as levied by USPS.

​**PLEASE NOTE: In the event that shipping weights or shipping rates cannot be obtained in real-time calculations based on the USPS calculator modules for any destination, location or address in the US, a default weight of 5-lbs will be used and/or a flat shipping rate of $15.00 will be applied to the order for shipment.

Please note that any address changes made after shipment will result in additional $20 redirection fees with shipping carriers.
