24/case directions: adults: as a relaxant: 1-2 tablets with water as needed 3 times daily. For occasional sleeplessness: 1-3 tablets 1/2-1 hour before retiring. Children 6-12: 1/2 adult dose. Ingredients: avena sativa 1x hpus doubel strength, chamomilla 2x hpus, humulus lupulus hpus 1x double strength, passiflora hpus 1x triple strength, biochemic phosphates (calc phos 3x hpus, ferrum phos 3x hpus, kali phos 3x hpus, mag phos 3x hpus ,nat phos 3x hpus).
